Professional tips for Stain Treatment and Prevention

Staining occurs when insoluble chemicals precipitate out in the pool. These
may deposit on the pool interior and are often hard to remove. |

Once you determine which Stain Remover you require follow the
instructions to commence treatment. |

It is vital that you add Lo-Chlor No More Metal after the stain has been
removed as the metals from the stain are now in solution. |

When treating a metal stain, Lo-Chlor No More Metal should be added at a
rate of 300mls (per 50,000 litres) every 72 hours. After each 300mls addition
you need to backwash your filter (or clean your cartridges) thoroughly. |

It is recommended you use Lo-Chlor Filter Cleaner and Degreaser at the commencement of a metal stain treatment to ensure
that there are no remnants of dissolved metals or unwanted matter in the filter cartridge or sand. |
